Delivery time of a produced version
Posters are produced on Tuesday's and Thursday and are usually shipped that same day and delivered the next day.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the Delivery page in your makerspace before you complete your order. The cost of the delivery service depends on your choice. We always deliver with track & trace. The shipping costs will be listed at checkout, in the email confirming your order and online when you view your order on the Orders page in your makerspace.

Status of your order
You can find more information about the order and shipping status of your order in your account. Log into your makerspace and click on Orders in the navigation menu. Here you will find an overview of your orders and their order status.

Confirmation of your order
Once your order has been placed, we will send information about your order via email. If you have multiple items in your order, you will receive one email.
The order confirmation email will include a list of the items in your order. The order confirmation will include the delivery address and delivery date. If you want to pick up an ordered item, the email will state your chosen production location.

Notification of shipment
If you have an item delivered, we will send you an email notification once the item has left our production facility. This email will contain the carrier's name, tracking number and a delivery date.

Shipping to a foreign country
Because they are stories that change the world, we believe that your creation should be able to be shipped to any country. You can choose the most frequently selected countries when filling in the shipping information. If your country is not listed, please contact us to help you. International shipments take 3 to about 5 days.

Pick up
Some Jilster fans like to pick up their order at our production location in Almere (NL). This can be done Monday - Thursday 16.00 - 17.00 o'clock | Friday 14.00 - 15.00 o'clock.

Send single copies of larger volume
You can have single (unique) copies delivered as part of a larger volume. We will need a spreadsheet with the delivery details of those individuals.

If you do not receive your orders on time, please contact us to work on a solution together. The creations made at Jilster are unique and therefore precious. Therefore we strive for openness and care in our support to each other.
