A special farewell for your team member

What will you miss most about your teammate (or coach)? What was he or she known for? What were your best moments together as a team? What club prizes were won? And what jokes were played in the dressing room? Tell about it and reminisce together about his or her glory days. To finish it all off, you can write an introduction and add extra photo pages of memorable moments. Place a caption under a photo here and there. For example, tell when the photo was taken or what happened shortly after it was taken.
